Some users may have an additional level of access to their mail server settings through the MDaemon Remote Administration interface. This allows them to change how the MDaemon mail server handle's some advanced aspects of their email settings that cannot be managed through WorldClient. If you have access to Remote Administration then click the Advanced Settings link to open it in a separate browser window.
