This is best done by raising a Support Ticket or you may phone or mail Customer Support.

User acknowledges that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between the User and Snap 360 Ltd. as a result of this Agreement or use of this website. User agrees not to hold himself or herself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Snap 360 Ltd. and Snap 360 Ltd. shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission of the User.
Compliance by Snap 360 Ltd. to the terms of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement diminishes Snap 360 Ltd.’s right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to the User’s use of this website or information provided to or gathered by Snap 360 Ltd. with respect to such use.
